To become certified for Global Service, Sean Kennedy, Visavvi’s Service Technical Manager has exceeded in exams that demonstrate mastery of global audio visual service levels and practices as outlined in the PSNI Global Services Handbook.
Skill areas include providing the highest levels of helpdesk support, processes and service tools as well as a consistent approach to communication, service delivery, reporting and more. To ensure each service, whether for ad-hoc support or longer-term managed service support, adheres to PSNI Service practices – PSNI integrators provide peer reviews focusing on response time, information accuracy, and whether they met or exceeded expectations.
